                                                Steps and Methods


1. Press Kidney, Adrenal, Pituitary gland, and Urinary bladder 100 times each with a moderate local pain.

2. Press Ureter area back and forth for 100 times with the speed of 30 to 50 times/minute.

3. Press Lung area back and forth for 100 times with  the seed of 30to 50 times/minute.

                                                4. Press Yongquan, Taixi, Zusanli, Fenglong, Shangjuxu, Kunlun 30 times each with a moderate local pain.

5. Press Nose, Head/neck lymph, Lymph nodes (chest), Lymph nodes (abdomen), Pelvic lymph 100 times each with a pressing force producing a moderate local pain.

6. Press Ascending colon, Transverse colon, Descending colon, Sigmoid colon and Rectum area back and forth for 50 times, with the speed of 30 to 50 times/minute.

7. Press Cervical spine, Thoracic spine, Stomach, Gallbladder, Liver, Spleen 30 times each, with a moderate local pain.

8. Repeat step 1,2,3


Sequence of massage:

When you practise foot massage yourself, first massage the left foot, and then the right foot.


Course of treatment:

Do the massage once daily with a long treatment.It is more successful with herbal medicines.
