a. Green tea with honey: 5 g of green tea infused in boiling water and left to stand for 10 minutes. Add some honey and then drink before it is cold. Repeat 3-4 times daily.
b. Garlic: 10-15 g of fresh garlic, eaten either whole or crushed. Since it may irritate the mouth's mucous membrane, some other food may be taken at the same time. Generally, one head of garlic daily is enough. If taken crushed, 30-60 g of purslane may be first boiled to make a soup and then added. A little white sugar may also be added. e. Turnip: Take 500 g of peeled turnip, rinse and slice. Add cane sugar and vinegar in adequate amount according to taste. Eat as you like at meals.
f. Decoction of dried Persimmon and brown sugar: Dry 500 g dried persimmon over a low heat until scorched, then grind into powder and store in a bottle. Dosage: 10 g with some brown sugar, swallowed with warm water, twice daily. May be administered over an extended Period.
g. Braised finless eel: 500 g live finless eel, cleaned and cut into slices.First fry it and then add a little soybean sauce, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar.Add a little water, ground ginger and starch after starch becomes sticky, it is ready for serving.
h. Purslane decoction: Take 200 g fresh purslane (itself a tasty wild vegetable), 10-20 g hyacinth flower, and boil together for 15 minutes. The decoction can then be administered. Purslane may also be prepared in powdered form after drying. Take 5 g for each dose with sugar, twice daily.
