Six Recipe Let Me Say Goodbye To Warts
Warts are superficial eruptions of the skin caused by avirus. They can be divided into common warts, flat warts and infectious soft warts: The common wart is a proliferative comeous eminence with clearcut margin, rough surface, irregular papillary proliferation and grevish brown or normal skin color, and the size of a grain of rice or a pea on the dorsal side of fingers, hand, face or scalp of young people; the flat wart is a single flat papule or a cluster of papules the size of a pinpoint or sesame seed and pink or yellowish brown assembled together, on the face, dorsum of the hand or forearm of young people; and the infectious soft wart is a global eminence with a fovea on the top, smooth surface and the size of the head of a pin or a pea, on the trunk or face of children and young people. The plantar wart is a yellow corneous prominence the size of a soybean with tenderness on the part of the sole under pressure.

Recipe 1: Adequate amounts of fresh bitter gourd and pickled Chinese cabbage, and a small amount of rape oil.
Administration: The bitter gourd with the seeds removed is soaked in the liquid of the pickled Chinese cabbage for over one week, and cut into pieces for oral intake, 100 g after being fried in the rape oil for one minute, 3 times in a day.
Indication: The intake of fried bitter gourd for about half a month can treat flat warts.

Recipe 2: Several fresh water chestnuts.
Administration: The peeled water chestnuts are used to rub the warts, 3-4 times a day until they are softened and removed from the skin with slight pain and punctate oozing of blood after a few days of treatment.
Indication: This method is used to treat common warts.

Recipe 3: Yiyiren (Job's tears) 60 g and an adequate amount of brown sugar.
Administration: The Yiyiren is boiled in water with the sugar to make a gruel of Yiyiren for oral intake, once a day for 15-20 days. A decoction of the above materials may be drunk as a tea.
Indication: This gruel can be used to treat flat warts.

Recipe 4: An adequate amount of soybean sprouts.
Administration: The soybean sprouts are boiled for oral intake to replace other staple food for 3 meals a day for 3 days, and then they are taken orally as a dish with other staple food for 3 meals a day from the 4th day on.
Indication: The boiled soybean sprouts are used to treat flat warts.

Recipe 5: An adequate amount of dark plum and a small amount of table salt.
Administration: The plum meat is soaked in salt water for one day, and pounded to prepare a paste for external application to the skin lesions.

Indication: The plum paste is used to treat plantar warts.
Recipe 6£º Radish 30 g, mustard seeds 30 g, Zisuzi (purple perilla seed) 30 g, sticky rice 250 g and cane sugar 250 g.
Administration: The first 4 materials are stir-baked until they produce a fragrant odor. Then they are ground to prepare a powder for oral intake with water after being mixed with sugar, 3 times a day. The powder prepared according to above dosage is for oral intake for 4 days.
Indication: This recipe is used to treat flat warts and infectious soft warts. An infectious soft wart may be treated by puncturing the skin lesion with a needle after sterilization of the local skin, removing its inner content by squeezing the lesion and finally applying 2.5% tincture of iodine to the wound.
