Modification For the patients with severe pain, 10 g of Yanhusuo (Rhizoma Corydalis) and 5 g of Foshou (Fructus Cirri Sarcodaetylis) are added; for the patients with adversely rising gastric qi, 8 g of Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae), 10 g of Zisugeng (Caulis Perillae) and 6 g of Xuanfuhua (Flos Inulae) are included; for the patients with fire transformed in the case of prolonged illness, 8 g of Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan Radicis), 8 g of Zhizi (Fructus Gardenia), 3 g of Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis) and 6 g of Wuzhuyu (Fructws Evodiae) are added.
