Newest Treatment For Urticaria With Vegetables

This is a skin disease with intermittent appearance and quick disappearance of pink or pale papules on the skin. It can be divided into 5 types: Patients with wind-heat type may suffer from red skin papules induced by hotness and resolved by coolness, hot feeling of skin lesions detectable by palpation, worse in summer; patients with wind-cold type may suffer from white skin papules induced by coldness or blowing wind and resolved by warmth, worse in winter; patients with damp-heat pathogens in the stomach and intestines may suffer from abdominal pain, mental fatigue, poor appetite, abnormal bowel movement or vomiting during the appearance of skin lesions; patients with deficiency of Qi and blood may suffer from repeated appearance of skin papules induced or aggravated by tiredness; and patients with disturbance of Chongmai (thoroughfare vessel) and Renmai (conceptional vessel) may suffer from dysmenorrhea and skin papules appearing a few days before menstruation and disappearing right after menstruation.

Recipe 1: Skin of a white gourd harvested in late autumn 20 g, yellow chrysanthemum 15 g, Chishao (red peony root) 12 g and a small amount of honey.
Administration: A decoction of the above herbs is drunk as a tea once a day for 7 days.
Indication: This tea can expel wind and clear .heat pathogens to treat urticaria of wind-heat type.

Recipe 2: Mugua (Chinese quince fruit) 12 g, Tufuling (glabrous greenbrier tuber) 30 g and an adequate amount of vinegar.
Administration: A decoction of the above herbs is drunk once a day until the disease is cured.
Indication: This recipe is used to treat urticaria due to damp-heat pathogens in the stomach and intestines.

Recipe 3: Mugua (Chinese quince fruit) 60 g, fresh ginger 9 g and vinegar 100 ml.
Administration: The above materials are boiled in an earthenware pot until the vinegar is almost boiled away, and the Mugua and ginger are taken orally, twice a day for a week.
Indication: This recipe is used to treat urticaria of wind-cold type.

Recipe 4: Red date 250 g, one pig's pancreas and an adequate amount of table salt.
Administration: The pancreas is washed clean, cut into small cubes and fried in a pot. The fried pancreas is then boiled with dates and salt to make a soup for oral intake, twice a day for half a month.
Indication: This soup can enrich Qi and blood to treat urticaria due to deficiency of Qi and blood.

Recipe 5: Fourteen lichees and brown sugar 30 g.
Administration: The lichees are boiled to prepare a bowl of a decoction for drinking after being mixed with sugar, once a day for 7-8 days.
Indication: This decoction is used to treat urticaria due todeficiency of Qi and blood.

Recipe 6: Haws 100 g, dark plum 100 g, Honghua (safflower) 100 g, rice wine of 60 proof 500 ml and an adequate amount of brown sugar.
Administration: The first 3 materials are soaked in the wine, with the container shaken once a day for 7 days, and 10 ml of the herbal tincture is drunk with warm sugar solution, 3 times a day for 15-20 days.
Indication: This herbal tincture is used to treat urticaria due to disturbance of Chongmai and Renmai in patients with irregular menstruation.
