Purpose:
Sponsor launches this activity in the hope of popularizing traditional Chinese Culture and general knowledge of Traditional Chinese medicine, and offering a chance for tourists to enjoy the admirable landscapes in China.
On 5stJune,2007,there were two people who came from Greece visited TCM Department of Guilin Sino-western Joint Hospital for traditional chinese medicine study.They were very interested in the chinese medicine.In order to spend a meaningful holiday,they decided to learn some chinese medicine.Therefore,they came here.
At the begining,a wonderful performance by the excellent Taiji specialist.The Taiji performance was very interested.
Then Dr Quan who was a famous doctor made a brief introduction on the reflexolofy and acupuncture.
They learned the acupuncture and foot massage from 5st to 16st.
After the 12 days for study,they enjoyed the beautiful scenery in Guilin for three days and two nights.
On 17st June,they went to Longsheng and enjoyed Longji Terraced Fields and experienced the flirtatious expressions in minority.At night,they went to Yangshuo and appreciated the Impression Sister Liu.This is a big performance with natural stage on water that you might have never seen or experienced before.
The second day,they appreciated the enjoyed the Longsheng Ailing Hot spring,experienced the healthy feeling between relaxation and recuperate.
The third day,members visited Jingjiang Palace and climbed up to the top of Duxiu Hill, where they could enjoy the sight of the whole city and the Lijiang River. And later they came to Chuanshan Park, one of eight most-beautiful sceneries in Guilin. In the evening, the exchange center arranged a night-boat tour around the Guilin City for them. During the trip, they experienced a pleasant trip in the four famous lakes which have islands, green trees, water pavilions, classical bridges around the beautiful lakes and mountains. The nightscapes of Guilin City, sprinkled with bright-colored neon lights, are pretty charming together with the natural landscape.
During the 15 days,they worked hard and learned very well. They said they liked the beautiful Guilin landscape.
