Lianquan(CV23)

Course
This channel originates in the uterus, and makes its downward way through the perineum, across the pubisure part, along the midline of the abdomen and the chest, through the throat to the mandible where it turns round the lips and up to Yinjiao(DU28). Via the face, two branches of the channel ascend to the regions below the orbits of the eyes.

Lianquan(CV23)
Location:On the neck and on the anterior midline,above the laryngeal protuberance,in the depression above the upper border of the hyoid bone.
Indications:Swelling and pain of the subglossal region ,salivation with flaccid tongue,stiffness of tongue due to apoplexy,sudden hoarseness of voice,difficulty in swallowing.
