Held at Pennington Memorial Hall the venue of all the meetings, members started a high tea at 6pm with outside caterers providing a beautiful buffet for 28 members and friends.

A splendid cake was made by Mrs M Tyson and iced by Mrs M Morris.

After the meal non-alcoholic wine was served with a slice of the cake and a toast was made by the president. As it was also the monthly meeting night, starting at 9.30pm, members carried on in the hall.

The president welcomed the guests and members.

After Jerusalem, the minutes were read and signed.
