How to Prevent Menstrual disorder

Menstruation is a kind of physiological phenomenon, the result of the whole physiological changes and the sign of the female in adolescence. But there are some girls who are short of knowledge about menstruation, so they will suffer from psychological changes such as unnecessary fear, tension and shyness, and etc. These changes influence the organism excessively or persistently. This will become the beginning of Menstrual Disorder. So, the girls should grasp some knowledge of physiological hygiene to avoid the harmful effects resulting from the shortage of physiological hygiene knowledge.

Healthcare in " five periods" refers to girl's healthcare in menstrual phase, gestational period, puerperium, breast-feeding period, and menopause. During these five periods, woman's ability of resistance decreases, which results in the invasion of disease. Pay attention to healthcare of " five periods", which is very significant to prevent menstrual disorder. The healthcare measures include keeping pudendum clean and wash vulva, which can efficiently prevent menstrual disorder from occurrence.

Due to the special female physiological features, the women should scientifically arrange life and work. Don't excessively take raw and cold food. Don't live in a cold and moist place for a long time, and work and rest excessively. In menstruation period, the women should be more prudent and try to avoid stimulation of coldness, rain, violent exercises and excessive mental stimulation, and so on.

Actively do some exercises, which can strengthen constitution and promote the ability of organism resistance. It is also beneficial to prevent menstrual disorder.
