TCM Advisory -- Do you feel tired when you spend a whole day studying in the library? Do you feel fuel out of your energy when you ending up your whole day working? Do you feel tireddness when you finishing your a day trip during the journey?

At 4:30 P.M. On April 29, 2007, a tour group from Australia had a chance to get a free massage taste after ending the visiting at TCM Department of Guilin Sino-western Joint Hospital. Our massage practitioners were proficient in using their hands as pushing, rubbing, pressing, kneading and thumping on guests' certain points or in certain special areas of the body surface for the purpose of health care. After about 10 to 15 minutes, the guests who got a massage were felt more ease and not more strain than they even got before.

Our massage practitioner found some research which showed regular massage might boost immunity by stimulating the production of white blood cells. Massage also helps you relax and improve your mental energy. It may also make you more productive at work. One University of Miami study found that a brief self-massage at work reduced stress and boosted job performance. After a 15-minute massage, workers were more alert and could complete math problems faster and with more accuracy.
So the way to relax your feeling or ease up their tension we can chose to do massage when you fell tired. It can restore energy and refreshing yourself.
