5.6.7.1 Sports activities
Running is the most commonly selected training event. It helps the improvement of blood circulation and functions of internal organs to accordingly ensure the plentiful supply of cerebral oxygen. Ball games like table tennis and tennis raise the speed of cerebral information conduction and feedback to improve cerebral dexterity accordingly. These events may be selected according to the individual's interest and specialty
5.6.7.2 Standing upside down walking backwards
Standing upside down effectively increases cerebral blood flow volume, eliminates tinnitus, dizziness and cerebral ischemia; backward walking moves the muscular ligament of the back, regulates the function of spinal nerves and may prevent and cure the commonly seen diseases of brain workers like cervical spondylosis, joint diseases of the waist and legs and periarthritis of shoulder.
5.6.7.3 Massaging the scalp
Massaging the vertex£º Rub the scalp with both hands from the front hairline to the back hairline like the movement of combing the hair. Massaging the cephalic region£ºPress the temples with the thumbs. Then massage the two sides of the head upwards and downwards in a line with the other four fingers of both hands. Again, press and knead the temples clockwise and anticlockwise for several times respectively. At this time, wipe the face with the hands and massage the eyes. After rubbing the two bands together until the hands get warm, massage the face from the upper part to the lower part, from the inside part to the outside part for several times. Afterwards, do the health care exercise for the eyes. This method is applicable to ease cerebral fatigue after work.
