Kidney, Liver, Spleen, Adrenal, Ureter, Urinary
bladder, Lung, Pituitary gland, Heart, Thyroid gland, Gonad1, 2, Womb, Cervix, Lower abdomen, Celiac plexus.
Acupuncture points
Taichung, Yongchuan, Tsusanli, Shanyinchiao, Yinpai, Dichi.
1. Press successively Kidney, Liver, Spleen,
Adrenal, and Urinary bladder areas 100 times each, with a moderate local pain.
2. Press Ureter area back and forth for 100 times, with the speed of 30 to 50 times/minute.
3. Press Lung area back and forth for 100 times, with 30 to 50 times/minute.
4. Press Taichong, Yongquan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Yinbai, and Diji 50 times/minute.
5. Press Pituitary gland, Heart, Gonad1, 2, Womb, Cervix, and celiac plexus 100 times each, with a moderate local pain.
6. Press Thyroid gland area back and forth for 100 times,
with 30 to 50 times/minute.
7. Press lower Abdomen area back and forth for 50 times, with 30 to 50 times/minute.
8. Repeat step 1, 2, 3 by half.
When you practise foot massage yourself, first massage the left foot, and then the right foot.
Do it once a day, one treatment for one month. It is more successful with herbal medicines.
